The administrative office is staffed by five employees: the district manager, administrative assistant, office manager, billing clerk, and receptionist.
Payments for water & assessment bills can be made at this location. After hours payments may be placed in the night drop.
The district office, through the various employees, is responsible for payables, utility and assessment billing, water service work orders, data base maintenance, financial statements, budgeting, money management, contractual agreements, web management, and oversight of all district department functions.

The District Manager is responsible for the day to day implementation of the District’s Regulations and Operations. He answers to the Board of Commissioners and assists them in developing policies to guide and govern the District. In addition to all the operations listed throughout this website, the District Manager assists in developing the long term vision and strategic planning of the District in concert with the Board of Directors, citizens, Department Heads and employees.
Creating legislative initiatives and working closely with various volunteer groups in the community are also major responsibilities of the District Manager. Managing a small jurisdiction of just over 3,000 population, many of whom are scattered throughout the United States at any given time, the District Manager obligates himself to provide the utmost in personal attention with individual responses to help and assist the residents and citizens throughout the District.
