Job Opening:  Full-Time Administrative Assistant

 

HISID is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office with daily operations.  The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent  communication skills, able to multi-task, and proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

• Assisting Office Manager with research projects and other related tasks

• Maintain and update website

• Create and post a weekly newsletter

• Provide support for office staff – perform various water/wastewater, assessments, and customer service tasks

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries

• Create monthly meeting agenda, record meetings and prepare minutes after meetings

HOLIDAY ISLAND ROAD DEPARTMENT

 

Holiday Island Suburban Improvement District is now taking applications for an open position in the Road Department.  Applications can be picked up at the District Office located at 110 Woodsdale Drive, Holiday Island, AR between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday. 

 

Job duties include brush hogging, pothole patching, snow removal, and miscellaneous maintenance projects. Operation of large and small equipment is a plus.

HOLIDAY ISLAND GRILL

 

Holiday Island Grill, located at the Clubhouse on the Holiday Island Golf Course, is now taking applications for both Front of House and Back of House positions.  The restaurant has been remodeled, has expanded seating and is open to the public.  These positions are part-time and offer flexible scheduling. 

 

Applications can be picked up at the restaurant, located at 1 Country Club Drive or at the HISID District Office located at 110 Woodsdale Drive.
